Has anyone applied for a visa in Brazil (while physically there) from the Federal Police?
I'm trying to figure out if I need to apply in person or online. I had all the documents to apply in person, as per my understanding. When I showed up, they said I needed to apply online. But the website does not work unless you have a bank account. This leads me to believe the PF were mistaken.
