Letter of commitment to leave

Im getting a long stay working holiday visa and i dont want to book my return flight a year in advanced, wondering what sorts of things i can include in my letter to ensure it gets approved.

I plan on taking most of my things with me, selling my car, so besides family i dont have many ties to my home country (Canada) Though i do intend to come back, just because im not going to break my visa agreement cause that would be stupid but im not sure thats a super compelling reason 😅
