Hi community!I just came from Italy to UK, to stay with my boyfriend and currently am in a search of sponsorship. It has been hard to say the least. I quickly realised that is not going to be easy at all and that is a huge disadvantage. So, in my desperation someone told me that I might be able to get a partners visa since my boyfriend is in fact here more than 10years and he earns enough to qualify for it. My biggest question though is one of the criteria is 'you’ve been living together in a relationship router login 192.168.l.l.link/ for at least 2 years when you apply' which we do not really have as a proof. we've been together for 1year and a half of which we were doing long distance and I was coming here (as I work freelance), so we don't have a rental contract together that states our names.. So, my question is, does some of you have had any experience in getting the partners visa? how hard is it to prove? thanks in advance.
