Visitor Visa for my parents

Hello Guys

Need an favor.

I am on my H1 for about an year, and working for about 2 years. I have completed my MBA in Dec 2008 but I never took a walk for my graduation.

Now I want to take a walk and want to call my parents for the walk.

On what base should I call my parents on H1 or for graduation ceremony. As very less visitor visas are been denied for graduation walk.
