Vistor Visa to my wife's sister son

Hi,

I am planning to invite my wife's Sister son (He is 13 year old and studying). I need your help for following questions:

1. Is it different process for kids?, any tips - my mother-in-law already has visitor visa and for coming holidays, he wants to accompany my mother-in-law and wanted to visit US, I read all categories under visitor visa, tell me any other things, which are helpful.


2. I-134 - in relation field, what should I mention? Child or son or relative?

3. Is it difficult to get?, please share any of your experiences
