Dual national son visiting the US

So i (colombian citizen) am planning to visit my sister in the US with my son from the UK. I know that i need a B2 tourist visa to enter the US but my son who is a dual citizen of Colombia and Poland is eligible for the ESTA. Which one should i apply for him to use, A B2 visa with his colombian passport, or the ESTA with his polish passport omegle xender?
