My cousin stays in the US and wanted to marry his fiancee who is in India. Can he bring his fiancee to the US using B2 (Visitor Visa) - get married within a month and she goes back to India to get her H4 stamping using the marriage certificate that is provided in the US after 3 months or so? Will there be any issue if we do that way, i.e., anything that USCIS might consider?
