B2 visa
I was in US until November and transferred to offshore (India), since my project was over. Still have the US bank account open. Now, I have a plan to come back to US on a different project at different location from the same company on February-2011. While coming back, I would like to bring my father-in-law along with me to USA on personal visa. Please do guide me how it could be done.
