I am trying to get a dropoff appointment scheduled. I filled DS160, got an account on usvisascheduling and reach the point where I answer questions to qualify for dropbox, but then the screen gets stuck at the point where I have to schedule dropoff. The screen says "loading..." and freezes. Anyone having similar issues? what is the fix

Hi All, Does it work for anyone? I have been trying since July 31st every time I get to the DropOff stage for an Interview Waiver, It says "Loading..." but doesnt go to the next page or show any available dates to schedule drop box appointment. I have created 2-3 support cases, only for the first one I received a response saying "Update your Java" but no luck.

All, I went to the travel agent in chennai, gave my creds and all details including ds160, previous visa, fee receipt etc, they were able to schedule drop box appointment for me. I mean it works for them. I have no idea why it didn't work for me. I been trying since 7/31 with 2 different macbooks no luck and didnt get any response to my 2nd and 3rd support tickets. hope this helps!

Thats interesting then , so if the agents can do it .. then why do we face the trouble and without any error. The page just get stuck there. Will you be able to ask the agents what might be causing the trouble and what workaround we may have to follow ?

I am facing the exact same problem, for Mumbai. I am trying to schedule for my parents B1/B2 renewal. After series of questions, it says you are eligible for drop-off. Once I click drop off, it gets stuck at Loading... and does not make any progress. Case opened had a typical response of delete cookies and try again, update java etc or talk to your internet service provider. I have tried 4 different devices but no luck. I have used chrome and firefox both with allow 3rd parties but seem to have no luck. I am getting this error since 31st July.
I have also tried closing the application and starting a new one but no luck.
I tried creating a newer profile with different email address but as passport details match, it says you already have a profile with details so use "forget password" feature. So I am not able to proceed. Same error I get for both the parents. Not sure what is wrong, If anyone has been able to resolve this or workaround this, please let me know.
I will post here if I am able to make a progress.
