        problem solved: as long as you are sure you come under interview waiver:

        check above 80 years, check I have valid visa, and then it works

          Same issue here with me as well. Not able to go past the "loading..." page.
          sunnyv01 would it cause any issue later if above 80 years and valid visa is checked yes? Are our responses recorded checked later when issuing the visa?

              Great !!! Thats good to know, but i believe it will make trouble when you actually go for drop-off. This wrong entry of data may cause problem. Did you already got your Visa after choosing all the info ? The VFS FAQ clearly says , dont choose any wrong information !

                I have the same question.
                Any luck with VFS payment? Which payment method is preferred? My friend was trying VFS UPI, gets a message "payment was not successful". Same with VFS credit/debit card. Please let me know.

                  If I am following sunnyv01 instructions, I get pass the page and go to the payment page. Now, I am stuck here. What ever option I select (VFS UPI, VFS EFT, VFS credit/debit), I get the following message:

                  We regret to inform you that your online payment transaction could not be completed successfully.

                  Any luck ?

                    This didnt cause any problems. I was able to drop off and my visa is issued now

                    Re: payment I used a debit card, you get an immediate receipt number. it was straightforward

                        Wow, I mean with in 3 days your visa is also issued. That's wonderful and super quick. I am still at "Loading... Drop-Off". How old are you if you don't mind?

                              Is it 100% okay to use above 80 years to get into that screen. I am trying to book for my parents and I don't want them to land in any trouble and sent back. The customer help desk is pathetic. It is the regular cookie, update Java and not sure why they are asking to contact the internet service provider.

                                We are getting the same issue, and been like this since 10 days. No response to my ticket and the customer service is not picking my calls. Really stuck and this is very disappointing.
