      Thanks for the tips about choosing "Visa Valid". I chose "Visa valid", although mine expired less than 48 months ago. But after this, I am unable to link my payment, which I had made previously.
      I am getting the message RCE07. Any idea what this means?

        Thanks to itsleo and others who have suggested the tips. I too selected the "YES" option for the "Is the Visa still valid" question and it took to scheduling/payments page.
        This is for my father's visitor visa appointment in Hyderabad. He had paid his MVR fees before Covid hit in 2020, so it did save that information from the previous appointments which I had cancelled.

        After a few more hiccups on the payment screen which said that I exceeded the maximum number of times to enter the MVR Receipt number and date, it did eventually let me go to the payment options screen and let me go ahead without any fees payments and showed me the appointment dates screen.

        I was able to get a dropbox Interview waiver OFC appointment for him for September 12th in Hyderabad.. Hope everything goes well for him.

          Thanks for the post, boulderco. Can you let me know what you did exactly? A couple of days ago I too got the "exceeded maximum number of times" error.
          Can you give more details of how you were able to go past this particular error? You must have entered the payment reference number on the payment receipt. Any information will be useful.

          Update: today there is a website error when I try to retrieve my payment data.

            What documents are needed for drop off for mom's renewal of B2 visa? I am sponsoring the visa. Should I fill the affidavit of support form?
            Please can someone provide the information about the mandatory documents.

              For me, the payment is done but the MRV fee is not activated. It has been more than 12 days and when I contact the customer support, I get a response - please wait, the technical team is working on the application bugs and it will be resolved SOON. Not sure what to do now. I cannot cancel the application and create a new application and make a new payment. If I do so, the old payment is gone for a toss.
              Not sure how to escalate the case. Any higher authority to escalate the case? The amount is held with them now. I am stuck.

                paddymandi After the screen showed "exceeded maximum....." it took me to the Payment screen > I selected "Credit/debit card Payment" option from the dropdown menu. After that it said I owe some 1200 Rs or so, I clicked the next button getting ready to pay, but it said I was all set with the payment and took me to the Appointment date selection screen. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions.

                  Sorry some basic question I need your help.

                  1. I created an account on usvisascheduling.com with my email, first name, last name when I login and try to create application it was showing my name as applicant.

                  2. I created new account with new email, but my fathers first name, last name but now I get below error. And forgot password says account not found.

                        I am also getting the same error. I tried as someone earlier posted to Select Valid Visa even if it expire, I got the Drop of Screen but then I got the error message

                          Hi itsleo any update on the visa processing? I’m able to get past the loading error if I select Yes to having a valid visa ( ours expired few months back). Would like to confirm if there are no issues at the consulate /visa processing.

                            Writing about submission experience, Guys just go ahead with 'visa is valid' option and complete the form online. Btw visas had expired in October 2022. No questions asked about this. I have submitted 4 applications for the family without any issues at the VAC. No additional documents required for submission as well. Just confirmation page of DS 160 and your passport copies and the appointment letter.

                                Still stuck at 'loading...' at drop off page. Been 5 days. No reply from support on the case. How everyone else resolved this issue?
