Visa fee and appointment

Hi
I am looking for guidance on how to apply for B2 Visa appointment for my parents in Delhi. I have filled the DS160 form and my understanding was that I can take an appointment via CGI website https://portal.ustraveldocs.com. When I click on new user, India is not in the list of countries.

I then also looked at https://www.usvisascheduling.com/. While creating the profile, I am providing my name and the system is assuming that I am requesting visa for myself vs my parents. After the profile creating, I am seeing my name in person requesting the visa appointment and the name field is grayed out!

* Pls guide how I can take visa appointment for my parents and if I can request appointment for both mom and dad from same login id?
* Also, should I be paying the visa fee somewhere else or will it be on the visa request website only?
