How soon is too soon ?
Hello:
My Father and Mother have valid visas till March 28 2011. My husband is going to India and will help them to go to Chennai to reapply, since they are planning to come in May 2011.
I am filling forms on their behalf ( I assume this is legal, as long as it says DAUGHTER helped fill the form ).
They plan to apply in Jan 2nd week.
Is it ok to apply in advance even though their visas are VALID
They have visited twice, once in 2001 and once in 2005. DID NOT overstay went back within stipulated time of I-94.
I should feel confident of their chances right, assuming all other docs and info is provided ?
The only diff between now and the time they got the visa was I was on H1 then and now I am a Citizen.
What should they be cautious about ?
