calendar dates dont show up, for same class of visa

Friends:

I am trying to take Appointment for me and my wife to visit my daughter

I have an unexpired visa right now for b2 which is about to expire in March 2011

In the process of trying to find dates for the appointment for the month of Jan(with guidance from my daughter) I am facing some issues

I select State Karantaka

I select Language Kannada

I select Type of Visa B2

I select Has Visa Been refused in the past 12 months NO

I select Are you applying for the same class YES

I then put in the number that is seen on the screen

I click Continue and it takes me to a different Web Page

At this point I dont see any calendar showing up for me to see which dates are available

On the other hand, if I keep all same, but choose different class, I see a calendar. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

Please provide guidance

That just means that no dates are currently available that fits your criteria. Please try later.

At the same time, if I say that I am applying in a different class, I get dates in Jan.

Should I treat this as website being broken ?

In case I select as applying in a different class, to get the dates, is it considered as falsifying information

I can't even email the VFS people, their feed back form is just not co-operative.

So any one had issues like this, my case is not common, since most people apply for first time and/or expired visas, not reapply when existing visa is valid.
