Basically I would like to know what happens if you get pregnant on US soil while on a student visa and decide to give birth there. If the baby is born on US soil technically they would receive the https://9apps.ooo/ US Citizenship. But what about the mother on a student visa (case scenario being they only have a student visa and nothing else)? What are their rights and duties? Thanks for your insights.

The child is a US citizen (and probably also has the citizenships of the parents, depending on the laws of those countries). The mother's status is unchanged -- still in student status, and must leave the US at the end of her status.
