I am planning to bring my parents for a visit to USA, my Visa is valid until June 2005 and I am close to the completion of 6yrs H1 time, but I filed Labor 3 years back and waiting for the approval, I am going to file for the 7th year extension shortly.
will this be a problem to get Visitor Visa to my parents? The reason I am asking is consulate might reject visa saying that I have only few months valid Visa and I will be out of my 6 years span (according to the rules consulate will expect me going back to home after 6 years). So is it OK if I enclose the Labor receipt as supporting paper along with the documents. Can someone please advise me with the similar experiences?
