I have a b1/b2 visa untill 2015. My husband would like to apply for B1/B2 with me... Can he get it easily?? financially we dont have any problem. I am in India and he is in UK, he is coming india soon, shall he apply in India or UK?? please help.

Whether he can apply in the UK or not depends upon his legal status there.
