USA VISA K-1

hi , I want to go to USA with my fiancée (she is from usa, im from Spain), I was researching in the government websites but I have some questions that I haven't found. I found 2 options.1st - get a K-1 visa (fiancée Visa), with this visa I can go to USA and we have to get married within 90 days, and ive read I can look for a job (I need the I-765, 10.0.0.0.1 192.168.1.254 Application for Employment Authorization) my doubt is if I can start working at the moment I request it, or I have to wait until its approved.

The problem is I need a job while im there, I can't be waiting for 5 or 6 months until my I-765 is approved.2nd option - get married in Spain, request the green card and while it is approved, I can get the K-3 visa and I can go to the USA and request the Application for Employment Authorization (I-765).Which one is better? any advice?Thanks

You cannot work until you get the EAD. If you go the K1 route, you have to be prepared to be unable to work for several months at least.

K3 is obsolete. In 99.9% of cases, you won't get K3 even if you apply for it. You will get the immigrant visa directly. When you enter the US with your immigrant visa, you will immediately be a green card holder and can work immediately.
