Visa Co-sponsorship

My brother has sponsored my parents B2 Visa.But now due to some personal problems , he is not ready to take the responsibility anymore. they have a 10 yr multiple entry visa. Now, Is there a way where in my parents visa can be renounced and I re-sponsor them again or can i alter the sponsorer on the existing B2 visa?

Please let me know

None of that is possible.

They can just use the visa they have.
