My girlfriend from japan was on a J1 visa and overstayed by 6 hours due to flight complications because of covid. We aren’t sure what the rules are on how she can return and if she needs to apply for a B1 or a visa waiver. Anyone know how to deal with this? Thanks https://19216801.onl/ .
