Do I need Dubai transit visa

I am Sri Lankan national and I have layover in Dubai for 3 hours. Will I need a transit visa? It is one ticket booking and I see online under either 4 hours or 8 hours layover you don't need a visa, but it's confusing

I think you'll need to get the visa as even on the official website of the UAE government your country is not visa free and you'll need first to have a UAE Visa check, to enter the premises of the united arab emirates.
