Hello,
I am in a precarious situation w.r.t my mother-in-law's travel. Her first/last name got swapped in her old/expired passport and the renewed new passport. The problem is that her valid US Visa also has same first/last names as her old passport. So now, the first/last names are swapped in her valid US visitor visa and her renewed new passport.
Will the airlines allow her to board? Will CBP block her entry into US ? Are there any easy solutions for this issue ?
