I am a British citizen planning on applying for a K-1 fiancé visa and I’m currently gathering my documents together. I have a unique issue with my birth certificate and I need some clarification as no website seems to clarify things like this - I have two birth certificate’s in total. They differ from each other. The first is from my actual birth, lists a different name from what I hold now and has both of my parents on it. The second birth certificate is registered in another country, with another name (both middle and last name changed by my birth mother), and only lists my mother (father is unstated). The reason for this is a fall out between my mother and father, she took me to her home country and sorted out a new birth certificate with new details. So my question is: Do I use just the newest birth certificate with my current name on it even if it does not list my father? Do I use both certificates and get a declaration sorted on why they differ? How do I go about presenting this to the U.S embassy https://19216811.cam/ https://1921681001.id/ ?
