Baby: tell or not to tell

we have a 6 months old baby. my parents visitors visa got rejected last month. they told them i dot,t have any children as per the general concensus not to tell. they are going back again in april. do they know if you have any children by looking at your records? should they tell the truth or not? or should they stick to the old story? i am confused because i am not sure what to write on i-134 in dependent's column. last time i wrote none. do they keep the info from your last i-134? please advise.

I would say always tell truth.
