Hi all,
I will be travelling to the USA in a few months to visit my girlfriend who lives there. I reside in the UK, with a view to moving there via a Fiance visa.
I wondered if I am able to visit there using a tourist visa and keep extending my stay for up to 6 months before then applying for a Fiance visa. Or whether I must marry within the first 3 months of flying over there https://xender.vip/ .
In other words.. Can I convert from a toursist visa to Fiance visa without leaving the country and returning.
