chances of getting rejected

i am from india planning on going for the fall intake 2024 to the netherlands for masters, I have a drug consumption charge for cannabis(not trafficking or small amount) it is for consumption VidMate which happened a year ago. Will this affect my chances of getting study visa in the netherlands if so to what degree.
