L1 Visa holder : B2 Visa for Parents

Hi

I just got L1 Visa and due to year end my travel date has been pushed to Feb 11. I wanted my parents to visit me when I will go to US. I have questions please help me.

1) I am the only child & they both got retire a year ago? Will this be any -ve?
2) What would be the documents/process for their B2 visa.
3) They got married before 37 years and hence do not have marriage certi and snaps are these must for B2?
4) Can they apply now when I am here in India? if yes will the process/forms be any different ?
5) They would take interview in Gujarati. Should the letter/document be in english or gujarati or both?

Please help...any info would be welcome. thanks in advance,

I went to an agent and he told me that I need to work in US and show my financial stability there with I-134 then only I can apply.

Can you please suggest?
