Visa problem due to finger print
My parents went to get their visitor visa in Mumbai Consulate & were not given visa for following reason
The finger print for my mother's index finger (done electronically) was showing a vertical line mark. When I confirmed it seems it is not a cut mark that can by seen by naked eye. It seems to only appear when done electronically. They want my parents to come back when this mark disappears. Now since it is not a cut mark not sure if this will go
I have suggested my parents to visit a doctor & see if this mark is temporary or permenant & if permenant take a certificate & present it during the next visit.
Has anyone faced this problem , Any suggestions what more can be done ??
