Ques for form I-134

Hi!
I have a question regarding filling form I-134. I am submitting multiple affidavits of support in a short duration, I know I have to to write the names of the people for whom I submitted affidavits first in subsequent affidavits I provided, even if first set of people have not visited the consulate yet.
My Question is what date is to be written in the second I-134 showing I-134 submitted earlier? Because the first set of people have still not gone to the consulate. Should I write the interview date of the first set of people?

Another related question:
If you prepared the affidavit but it was never used, you don't have to mention about it. What does this mean? Is it if the people never appeared for interview or if consular didn't see or ask for the I-134?

You should still mention it whenever you prepared, just in case they are presented later.

This is not going to have big impact any way.
