Re applying for HDFC BAR CODE

I need a great help.

For my Mother – in-law, i had took first time the interview dates in English, since she could not speak single word in English. I had cancelled the appointment and again i took the appointment in Telugu. But this time we enter a wrong CEAC barcode. So I had again cancelled the appointment. By these 2 chances for taking the appointment is over. Now the HDFC Bar code is blocked for 90 days and it will be activated on after 90 days. I need a help ...Since My Mother – in-law did not went for the interview, can I take another New HDFC BAR Code and try for the new appointment, rather waiting for next 90 day for activation for present code

Since i have a valid HDFC BAR Code but it will be activated only after 90. Can I take another HDFC BAR Code and get the visa interview dates

You can pay all over again, get a new receipt and use the bar code from there.
