I have submitted DS160 form on behalf of my mother (For B2 visa) and booked the appointment for the interview. For some reason I couldn't retrieve the DS160 form online, and called the customer service at vfs. They couldn't retrieve it either and told me to start a new application.
My question is, if I restart the application, the barcode would be different on the new DS160 form and the interview appointment letter. Would this be a problem at the consulate? Did any one face similar situtation, any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
