Visitor Visa:Interview Dates for Telugu

Hi Folks,
I'm trying to make an appointment for my in-laws @ Hyderabad consulate in Telugu language, but I didn't get any dates from past 3 weeks and end-up seeing an alert message "Please keep trying after sometime".
I'm wondering if everyone are facing the same issue.
If not, is there a way to look for dates @ particular time.
Please post your thoughts and experiences.
