Address problem..

My mother-in-laws passport shows the address of my parents who are in the city while she lives in the village. We have recently applied for visa for my parents & now also applying for my MIL.
1. What address should we write in the forms? Her current village address or the one in the passport?
2. Will it cause any problem because address of parents & MIL is same?
3. My husbands address in the passport shows the village address. While his mothers shows the city one. will this be a problem?
