Hi all:
I hope someone has been in similar situation before so can provide some advice.
I am trying to bring someone (who has no intention to stay in US, but she is known from my family circle) to work as a housekeeper in my house for 1 year approx, maybe in intervals of 3 months since she cant stay longer with tourist visa; she has no a solid profile to present in her ds160 application that can justify to the consul that she wont stay in US. I am helping her with her ds160 application and only option i see is for her to explain that she wants to know New York city since it has been always on of her dreams and then return to Peru; and she is self financing her trip. does this strategy sound reasonable?
