Visitor Visa Appointment - Can this be done?

Hi,

I have taken an appointment for my mother alone in mid march. Now we changed our mind and wanted my father also to accompany her. Can we add him to the existing appt or should I have to take a new appointment.

If we have to take a new appt, is it advisable to attend the interview together or do them separately?

Anyone has done this before? Please share your thoughts...
