Does anyone know what's the current situation for a Chinese passport holder (with a Green card) traveling from the US to Hong Kong (layover/transfer (1-2 hours) in Taiwan? Not getting out of customs, only there for transfer/layover. As well as leaving from Hong Kong back to the US? Is there a need for a travel permit and whatnot?
