My mom had a B2 visa interview on November 2nd 2023 and it was approved and passport was sent to Bengaluru.
Due to health reasons I couldn't collect it in time and now it is sent back to post. Could you please help me understand how can I get my passport back now?
Should I send my mom to Chennai? I have tried calling their numbers, sending emails but not once I could connect with anyone. I just want to know if my mom can just go to Chennai and collect it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am really panicking now.
