I'm self-employed and want to visit the US for three months what visa do I need?

I freelance and would like to continue to be able to do so while I'm on my vacation since my work takes me an hour or two a day while I visit the US. Is this possible on a B2 visa or should I get something else? My only worry is that the freelancing clients are often from the US and this may be seen as working in the country?
