CR1 visa

So I’m about to get married to my US citizen, probably before her student visa expires since she’s heading back to USA we’ve been together 11 years and have a 4yr old child together we both currently live in Scotland I’m English so a British citizen and child has dual USA and U.K my question is would I be denied when I apply for the CR1 and do the interview? I shouldn’t be denied if I got all my paperwork and everything is all above board right? My concern is the marriage, since it’ll be done quick. Just to clarify we met online in like 2013 ish but she moved to study vet med in 2017 and we have lived together from 2018 I’m British citizen She is US citizen Son dual Usa /U.K
