Who should sponser

Hi All
I am planning to bring my In-Laws on B1 in the month of May.

I am currently living in Japan and would go to US on H1 on Apr 15th. I can produce all the required documents such as Addidavit, Bank Statement, Pay stub as a sponsor. But, I am wondering if I am good enough to sponsor as I would have stayed for just 1 month in US by the time my in-laws attend interview. The other option is to use my in-law's nephew who has been living for quite few years in US.

It's OK to sponsor her even if you are in US for only 1 month, as long as you can financially support.
