I'm currently a student in belgium, I'm on my second year but I had to re apply for visa because last one expired, they told me they will give it in few months and I can stay without any problem in the meantime. But now my parents are coming to visit me and they wanna take train with me to Paris and Amsterdam, and since I'm illegal this moment in Europe (though I applied to everything and am just waiting for residence permit) I'm scared that they will check my passport to only see my expired visa, because belgium took my old ID since it was expired, should I be worried of random train checks? And do they care if I have visa or not?
