I-94 expires soon. Did not receive a new H1B receipt.

Hi,

I am in the US on B2 visa and my I-94 expires soon, 12/26/2010.

My company and I have filed for a new H1B on 10/13/2010.

We confirmed that my filing fees have been cashed by the immigration on 12/18/2010.

But we did not receive the receipt notice for the H1B yet.

If I do not receive the receipt notice before 12/26, do I have to leave by 12/26?

If I do not leave and then I get the receipt notice after 12/26, is it okay?

I don't know what to do. Please help me. Thanks.
