Mother's Visa Rejected. Need everyones help.........Please

Hello everyone
My mom visa was rejected as usual under Sec.214b. Me and my brother stay in the USA. And my mom is a widow. But she is the only daughter for my grandmother who is alive. And my mom has her own way of living(financially).
And also the properties. She has somany ties in India.

My husband is sponsoring her. We have GC but my brother is on H1. We bought house a year ago. I used to go to India everyyear until now(3 times within 3 and half years of our marriage). This time we wanted to invite her here.

The Consulate officer at chennai didn't look any documents and they asked her only 3 questions:
1. How many children? (She answered 2)
2. Where r they? (She answered in US)
3. When did ur husband died?
I don't see any reason why they rejected with out knowing whether she is going to come back or not. I was really freaked out.

I don't know what to do. We want to try one more time.

If anybody has any suggestions i really appreciate it.

In Form DS-156 i showed as me and my brother staying here. Can i change that information and try again. Or is there no way that i can change that at this point. Please let me know

If both children(you and your brother) are in US, tell truth. Don't try to change the fact.

question on DS-156.......Column 18

My moms visa was rejected. My mom is a widow and in the 156 form, i filled my father's name but in the brackets i showed as LATE.

She will attend her interview again in June. But in the 156 form do i need to put my father's name just like before again. Or is it ok if i say NONE.

Please let me know
