  • Company not obtaining work visa for US

I work for a UK based company with offices in the US. Every couple of months they’ll send a few of us from the UK out to work in the US for three months. However, they don’t obtain any kind of work visa for us - they book the return tickets for whoever they’re sending out a week after going as a way to make it seem like they’re intending to return and then just book a separate return ticket three months after They also expect us to lie at the airport when we’re questioned as to why we’re going I’ve never been asked to go and I never would, but this company is awful and their practices are highly illegal. How would it be best to report this and how much trouble would one of the employees get in if they were caught out at the airport?

The answer is 'yes. ' There is a special visa called the E2 visa that allows somebody to operate their own business in the U.S. The E2 visa requires you to invest a substantial amount of money in a business in the United States
