My parents have their visa interview in about three weeks. On their appointment confirmation, the Visa Priority says "English". They cannot speak or understand English - they can only understand and speak Hindi. Does anyone here know the steps to take to make sure they get an interpreter so that the interview is in Hindi? I've tried calling customer service number and also sent them an email but there is no response at all. Would greatly appreciate any help or advice. Thanks in advance.
