Hindu Priest visa fro India

One of my friends would like to invite his Religious Priest (HINDU) form INDIA

What are the document does he require to sponsor him?

Do they have a special visa for Religious Priest or only visitor visa?

If he is going to be doing priest activities, then religious visa.
If he is going to just visit usa, then visitor visa.
