    Can L2 Visa Holder sponsor for Parents to obtain Visitor visa (B2)

    Hello,

    My wife is on L1 visa and I am on L2 visa.
    We both of us are working in USA.

    I (L2) am applying for Visitor/Tourist visa for my parents.
    As I am L2 Visa and working in USA, Can I sponsor my parents B2 visa?


    Also, Do I really need I-134 form for this B2 visa application?
