Does anyone know how I can get a year worth of text messages to my lawyer?

Hi everyone! My fiancé and I are starting the K1 fiancé visa process and my lawyer told me that we need to prove a year worth of text messages. I can’t imagine screenshooting a year worth of texts! Does anyone here know of any tips of how to show text history? Are there any websites or apps that can do that for you?
