Why Irish Visas are soo delayed?

I had applied for short stay study visa on 13 Dec 2023. Its been 6 weeks I applied for student visa. No response has come yet. I had applied from Mumbai, India. Does anyone know why such delay omegle xender. It should have been come within a month. My college starts from 2 Feb 2024. Soo less span to set up all things.
