I am a Dentist in India and wish to apply for a visiting visa for writing my National Board examination in the month of May.
My brother is a Medical Resident in Chicago working in a hospital.
He has joined just 6 MONTHS back and has a bank balance as of now in excess of $5000 as per the list of requirements for sponsorship.
My query is-
1)as per the sponsorship requirements he should have a letter from his bank stating his total amount deposited LAST YEAR
2)account details for the past ONE YEAR.
3)also there are no income tax returns papers with him as of now.
He has all these documents but for the past 6 months only.
Can he Go forward and sponsor me?
4)also i have heard that visa is not usually issued to Doctors and a Doctor sponsoring another Doctor is a big No No.
Can u please tell me if it is possible for my brother to sponsor me or not?
